By using the PackZen website (packzenblr.in) or booking our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About PackZen
PackZen Packers & Movers is a registered moving and relocation service based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We provide local and intercity packing, moving, and transportation services for residential and commercial customers.

2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive a booking reference number (PKZ-XXXX)
- Quotes generated on our website are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on actual items, distance, and conditions at the site
- You must provide accurate pickup and drop addresses. Additional charges may apply for address changes after booking
- You must be present (or have an authorised representative) at both pickup and drop locations
- PackZen reserves the right to refuse service if the conditions at the site are unsafe for our team
3. Payment Terms
- Advance payment (10%): Secures your booking slot
- Full payment (5% discount): Must be paid at time of booking
- Pay at Drop: Full amount due in cash or UPI at delivery before goods are unloaded
- All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash (pay at drop only)
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure all items are ready for packing/moving at the scheduled time
- Inform us in advance about fragile, oversized, or high-value items
- Do not include illegal, hazardous, flammable, or prohibited items in your move
- Ensure parking space is available for our vehicle at both locations
- Any parking fines incurred due to lack of parking will be added to the bill
5. Pricing & Additional Charges
The following charges may apply in addition to your quoted price:
- Waiting charges: ₹200/hour if our team waits more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time
- Extra items: Items not declared at booking will be charged at standard rates
- Staircase charges: If lift is not available and was indicated as available, additional charges apply
- Toll & parking: Any toll or parking fees incurred during the move
- Intercity surcharge: State border taxes and additional toll charges for out-of-state moves
6. Limitation of Liability
PackZen's total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that booking. We are not liable for:
- Loss of income, business, or opportunity due to delays
- Damage to items not packed by our team
- Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, riots, etc.)
- Delays caused by traffic, road closures, or government restrictions
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Bangalore under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Changes to Terms
PackZen reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
